house

a visit will be made at least once a month to …

 


· air and clean each room
· check that all electrical equipment is in good working order
· ensure there are no leaks, rodent or insect infestations
· check all doors, windows and shutters from a security perspective
· check gutters and down pipes
· pre/post severe weather visit
· forward any mail (with the exception of junk mail)

garden

during the spring and summer months a visit will be made each week to …

 
· cut all lawns
· trim edges
· weed flower beds and gravel driveways
· water the garden
· deadhead all flowers

pool during the spring and summer months a visit will be made each week to …
 


· clean the pool
· treat the pool
· top up the pool (if necessary)

housekeeper

 

 
We will air, clean and prepare your house so that it is ready for your arrival. This will also involve stocking up the fridge to your specific requirements, turning on the hot water, heating or air conditioning and ensuring everything is in good working order.

On departure we will clean the house, wash the laundry, ensure the water and heating / air conditioning is off and ensure the house is secure until your next visit.

Optional: every 6 months your house can be 'spring cleaned' from top to bottom

We will air, clean and prepare your house so that it is ready for the arrival of your friends, family or rental guests. This will involve:

· Meet your guests at the house to show them around and explain how everything works
· A welcome food and drinks pack in the fridge for their arrival
· Change bedding and replenish towels at the end of each week
· A point of contact for tourist information, booking tables in restaurants, directions, etc
· An emergency point of contact 24 hours a day
· Complete a full inventory for you if necessary

On departure we will clean your house, wash the laundry, ensure the water and heating / air conditioning is off and ensure the house is secure until your next guests arrive.

We will hold your keys in a secure place and be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency calls or deliveries


During any of the above visits, if there is major maintenance work that needs to be dealt with we will call out the relevant artisan and obtain a devis/estimate for any work required. A quote would be forwarded for you to agree on the price and the appointment of the appropriate artisan.

If there is emergency work that needs immediate attention we will call upon a nominated, local artisan to carry out the work. on your behalf.
